Shipping And Returns


Shipping

Please allow 3 - 5 days for handling time, as all our lyophilized peptides are stored at -40°C or colder, and we allow the peptides to equilibrate to room temperature before shipping.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, NextPept does not accept returns. Unfortunately, the mishandling of our products can lead to premature degradation. Whether it is due to light or heat exposure, sanitary reasons, or unethical practices, we simply cannot and will not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us, and a representative will be in touch with you shortly. We will do everything in our power to resolve any problem you may have.


Missing or Damaged Packages

At NextPept, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We hold ourselves accountable to a higher standard that is unfortunately not common in the research peptide industry. If you receive a damaged package, we will send out a replacement free of charge. In the rare but inevitable situation that a package gets lost during transport, we will replace the same order free of charge.
